The farm

La Ferme Koaee is a family farm born from a simple idea: we eat better when we know where it comes from. Instead of selling to a faceless cooperative, we chose direct sales — thirty products, the ones we eat ourselves, the ones we know how to talk about.

A mixed farming and livestock farm

Four families cover the essentials of the table: field-grown vegetables and fruits, raw milk dairy from our cows, farm-processed groceries, and baskets composed every Thursday. In each family, just a few products — origin, label, and price displayed. If a product is on the stall, it comes from here.

An AI advisor, not a drive-thru

The real uniqueness of the farm is its advisor. Available at any time in the corner of the screen, she knows every product on the stall, follows the seasons and harvests, and also answers practical questions: basket composition, pickup times, labels, deposit, cooking ideas. She advises like at the market — never pushing for a cart.

Simple commitments

Pickup at the farm three days a week, presence at the market on Saturday, baskets composed on Thursday with the week's harvest, certified organic farm and displayed exceptions: the conditions are written in black and white, and the advisor repeats them on request. No asterisks, no surprises.

Organic, conversion, hygiene: here are the rules that govern our trade, as published by official sources. Each fact links to its source, with its verification date.

Organic certification

Organic operators are inspected at least once a year by certification bodies approved by public authorities (approval managed by INAO), at the stages of production, processing, storage, and distribution.

Organic logos

The European organic logo (Eurofeuille) is mandatory on pre-packaged organic food products in the EU; the French AB mark is optional as a complement. Both certify products that are 100% organic or contain at least 95% organic agricultural ingredients (processed products).

Organic conversion

The conversion to organic farming takes 2 to 3 years for crops (6 weeks to 1 year depending on the species for animals). From the 2nd year, plant products can bear the label "In conversion to organic farming," but cannot display the European logo or the AB logo.

Food hygiene

Handling foodstuffs requires, among other things: cold chain 0-3 °C and hot chain minimum 63 °C, mandatory declaration before opening for products of animal origin, documented traceability (temperatures, cleaning, training) and unannounced inspections.
