Copyright and DMCA notices

Ubnbee LLC respects copyright and expects the same from those who use its services. This page explains how to report content published on koaee.ai that would infringe your rights, and how to contest a takedown you consider unjustified. The procedure follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), Ubnbee LLC being a Delaware company.

Designated agent for notices

Any notice must be sent to:

Email is the fastest channel and the one we check daily. Please indicate “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

What your notice must contain

To be admissible under § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

1. the signature — handwritten or electronic — of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;
2. identification of the protected work whose infringement you are claiming;
3. identification of the disputed content and its exact address on koaee.ai, precise enough for us to locate it;
4. your contact details: name, postal address, email address and, if you have one, a telephone number;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

An incomplete notice may prevent us from acting. We will then let you know what is missing.

What we do next

We acknowledge receipt, then review the notice and, where it is well-founded, remove or disable access to the content concerned as soon as possible. We inform the person who posted it, forwarding your notice and explaining how to contest it.

Contesting a takedown (counter-notice)

If your content has been removed and you believe the takedown is unjustified — because you hold the rights, because the use is lawful, or because the content was misidentified — send us a counter-notice at the same address, including, under § 512(g)(3):

1. your signature;
2. identification of the removed content and the location where it appeared;
3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the takedown resulted from an error or misidentification;
4. your name, address and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court of your district (or, if you reside outside the United States, of the District of Delaware) and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

We forward the counter-notice to the party who filed the original notice. Absent any legal action brought by them, the content may be restored within ten to fourteen business days.

False statements

§ 512(f) provides that anyone who knowingly misrepresents that content infringes their rights, or that it was removed in error, is liable for the resulting damages, including legal costs. A notice is not a tool of commercial pressure.

Repeat infringement

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users established to be repeat infringers of third parties' copyrights.

Content published by Ubnbee LLC

The visuals we publish come either from our own creations or from image banks used in accordance with their license, with attribution to the photographer where required. If you believe an image published on koaee.ai belongs to you and is being used without right, write to us: we verify the provenance and remove the image without waiting for the outcome of the discussion if doubt remains.

Content on client sites

The sites and assistants we host for our clients contain texts, images and catalogs supplied by those clients, who are responsible for them. A notice targeting such content is handled under the same procedure and forwarded to the client concerned.

Trademarks

The “koaee” trademark is registered with the INPI (application no. 5277383). Trademark reports use the same address but fall under a legal regime distinct from the DMCA.
