To deliver its services, Koaee relies on a small number of providers that process data on its behalf. This page lists them all. It is updated with every change, and any addition or replacement is announced at least thirty days in advance to subscribing customers, in accordance with our data processing agreement.
What stays in Europe, and what does not.
The core of the service never leaves the European Union: hosting is in Germany, and written conversations are processed in France.
Seule une partie de la voix sort de l'Union. Ce que vous dites au micro est transcrit en Europe dans treize langues ; seuls le thaï, le vietnamien et l'hébreu passent par un prestataire américain. La lecture des réponses à haute voix, elle, reste européenne en français et en anglais, et américaine dans les autres langues. Ces fonctions ne s'activent que si l'utilisateur les déclenche lui-même : utilisé par écrit, le service n'entraîne aucun transfert hors de l'European Union.

None of these providers is allowed to use the conversations to train its models. This prohibition is contractual and binding on them.

Koaee keeps no bank card data: it is entered directly with Stripe and does not pass through our servers.

What is not on this page
We use no advertising tools, no third-party audience-measurement trackers, no profiling services. The only cookie set without consent is the one that remembers your language choice.
