To deliver its services, Koaee relies on a small number of providers that process data on its behalf. This page lists them all. It is updated with every change, and any addition or replacement is announced at least thirty days in advance to subscribing customers, in accordance with our data processing agreement.
What stays in Europe, and what doesn't.
The core of the service never leaves the European Union: hosting is in Germany, and written conversations are processed in France.
Only part of the voice service leaves the Union. What you say into the microphone is transcribed in Europe in thirteen languages; only Thai, Vietnamese and Hebrew go through an American provider. Reading answers aloud remains European in French and English, and American in the other languages. These features are activated only if the user triggers them: used in writing, the service involves no transfer outside the European Union.

None of these providers is allowed to use the conversations to train its models. This prohibition is contractual and binding on them.

Koaee keeps no bank card data: it is entered directly with Stripe and does not pass through our servers.

What is not on this page
We use no advertising tools, no third-party audience-measurement trackers, no profiling services. The only cookie set without consent is the one that remembers your language choice.
